Context

MyCooler is an application that offers an innovative rewards program in the United States that allows users and distributors to win exciting gifts and exclusive prizes, providing a rewarding experience.


Address the legal limitations related to the sale of alcohol in the various states of the country. Additionally, as a new brand in a competitive market, the need to gain user trust and create awareness was a key challenge. The lack of login features limited customization of the user experience, and the incompleteness of the product catalog could have frustrated users in their search for desired products.


The solution involved addressing these challenges from a User Experience (UX) perspective, ensuring efficient adaptation to legal restrictions, strengthening brand identity, improving personalization and expanding the product catalog.

Investigation

I primarily targeted adults 21 and older in the United States looking to purchase alcoholic beverages online from Ab-Inbev. The app was targeted toward consumers who value convenience, personalization, rewards and access to special offers.

Ideation

A geolocation system was implemented to comply with state regulations on the sale of alcohol, a solid marketing strategy was designed to strengthen the brand, a user registration system was introduced to improve personalization and we collaborated with distributors to expand the catalog of drinks.

Conclusions

These solutions consolidate MyCooler as a leader in the purchase of Ab-Inbev products in the United States, improving the user experience, complying with regulations and ensuring the sustainable growth of the brand.
