Description

Prontipagos is a multi-platform application launched throughout Mexico, designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses. Its main purpose is to offer a service that facilitates the payment of procedures and services efficiently.

Context

Originally, Prontipagos was a web platform; However, market demand prompted the launch of an application for both internal and seasonal use, establishing itself as an excellent tool for users.

Prontipagos was in a situation where it lacked a competitive graphic style and did not have effective unification between its various platforms, which generated a fragmented experience for users. This issue not only affected the brand's visual image, but also the consistency and efficiency of user interaction with the platform, resulting in a suboptimal experience.


Work was done to unify the user experience across all platforms, both web and internal and seasonal applications, guaranteeing consistency in the interface and facilitating navigation. Additionally, usability and visual design were optimized to improve the overall impression of the brand. 

Investigation

It covered market analysis, competitor assessment, user feedback collection, and usability testing. This informed research led to the unification of the user experience and significant improvements to Prontipagos' visual identity, establishing it as a standout tool for users.

Ideation

Implementing a solid design system ensured consistency in graphical elements and contributed to a smoother and more engaging user experience. These improvements contributed to the consolidation of Prontipagos as an efficient and attractive tool for its users.

Conclusions

Resolving key challenges, such as lack of visual coherence and the need to unify platforms, was addressed through in-depth research that led to substantial improvements. The new competitive graphic identity and unified user experience positioned Prontipagos as a comprehensive and effective tool for small and medium-sized businesses in the country.
