Domingo Santo is a restaurant and boutique hotel located in a privileged area in the heart of the historic center of Mexico. With its surroundings surrounded by tourist sites and emblematic streets, it stands out for the quality and good taste that permeate every corner.

Context

Domingo Santo is a magical corner that saw the light of day in 2017. At its birth, a comprehensive construction project was proposed, where not only the physical facilities and the gastronomic proposal came to life, but also its digital identity and its advertising strategy.

Domingo Santo faced a significant challenge in seeking to stand out as a truly unique place in the heart of the historic center. Being a newborn brand, it was essential to cement its presence and earn a place in the hearts of customers. To achieve this, the task of building both its digital presence and its printed material from scratch was tackled.


I focused on establishing it as a unique and prominent place. This involved creating an attractive and distinctive visual identity, along with a highly functional and accessible website to provide quick information to visitors. Digital marketing and SEO strategies were implemented to increase their online visibility, and the customer experience was improved through personalized menus and special signage. In short, the solution addressed the need to position Domingo Santo as a special destination in the heart of the historic center, providing an exceptional experience to visitors.

Investigation

We conducted extensive research that included an analysis of the local market and competition in the historic center of Mexico. In addition, we conduct interviews and surveys with potential clients and visitors to the area to understand their expectations and needs. This allowed us to identify key areas that required attention, such as creating a distinctive identity and a strong online presence. We also discuss design trends and best practices in the hotel and restaurant industry.

Ideation

Based on these findings, we developed a comprehensive strategy that included the creation of an attractive and functional website, as well as the implementation of digital marketing strategies to increase business visibility.

Conclusions

Creating a strong identity, an attractive website, and effective digital marketing strategies allowed Domingo Santo to stand out as a unique destination for visitors and residents alike. The boutique restaurant and hotel now enjoys greater visibility and has managed to attract a diverse audience, consolidating its position as a distinctive, high-quality venue in a prime location.
