Description

Cyrnos is a company specialized in the careful selection and distribution of fine wines of international prestige. Its focus is on providing products of the highest quality, supplying various chains and restaurants in Mexico.

Context

Cyrnos began a comprehensive improvement process in 2018, focusing on optimizing its communication, technology, catalog and content. The main goal was to consolidate its digital presence aligned with the latest market trends, with the purpose of strengthening and elevating its brand positioning.

One of the challenges Cyrnos faced was implementing a filter to restrict access only to users of legal age. In addition, they sought to offer all the options in their catalog and facilitate the location of their products both in other online stores and in restaurants. Additionally, they aspired to develop a news section that would keep their audience informed and updated.

To address the challenges, Cyrnos could implement a comprehensive web solution that includes an age verification system, an enhanced catalog section with filtering options, a distribution locator to facilitate product search, a news and updates section, features of social interaction, responsive design and web analysis tools. In addition, it focuses on user security and privacy.

Investigation

Research for Cyrnos' web solution included an analysis of the target audience, competition, and current site performance. Design trends and technological options were considered, and a consultation with stakeholders was carried out. Tool selection was based on key features such as age filter and distribution locator.

Ideation

These improvements provided a more efficient, engaging and secure online experience, strengthening Cyrnos' digital presence and improving its brand positioning.

Conclusions

Its digital presence was significantly enhanced. This will not only improve the user experience, but also strengthen the brand's positioning online.
