a$istente

Description

Context

It revolves around the creation of an application aimed at simplifying the management of income and expenses for users, with the aim of helping them maintain stable and solid financial health.

The challenge we faced lay in the fact that Claro, being a telecommunications company, had limited knowledge in the area of its users' personal finances. Additionally, we had to find an effective way to communicate to users that our app was designed to help them achieve financial stability.

Various solutions were implemented to address this challenge. Strategic alliances were established with the most important banks in Guatemala, allowing the creation of a self-management application, where the user could automate the control of their finances. In addition, financial advice was sought from experts to guarantee the quality of the service, and simple and accessible language for users was used.

Investigation

They were based on market research, surveys, competition analysis, consultations with experts, usability tests and evaluation of potential alliances, which allowed us to offer an effective and friendly financial solution in Guatemala.

Ideation

The development of the application focused on offering a friendly and easy-to-use experience, with constant iteration based on user feedback and test results. In this way, users were provided with an effective and accessible tool to manage their personal finances.

Conclusions

The use of friendly language and an intuitive interface improved the user experience. The application has proven to be a valuable tool to promote financial stability in Guatemala. However, constant monitoring and the incorporation of new functions in response to the changing needs of users and the financial market are recommended.
